I’ve been asked by a few different people to share my grocery list. Here are items I try to keep in stock…of course I don’t buy these items each time I go to the grocery store since many of them keep for a while, but the meats, fish and fresh produce are things I buy every week when I go shopping. I typically shop at Trader Joe’s because we have one right next to our apartment, it’s full of fresh and healthy foods and it’s affordable. There are some items I can only find at more traditional grocery stores, but the below list contains all my Trader Joe’s essentials. As you can see, I try to steer clear of “snack” foods like chips and cookies which helps me snack on fresh produce instead.
